Best Way To Build Muscle

The Best Way To Build Muscle Mass Fast – Naturally!

Working as a personal trainer over the years, I’ve been asked numerous times what’s the best way to build muscle mass fast? While I have given numerous answers to this complicated question in the past, I really do believe that the answer centers more around the mental side of the muscle building game. More specifically whether or not you actually enjoy the process of building muscle mass.

Sure you’ll build some muscle by focusing on your muscle building nutrition plan and hitting the gym with some intelligence, but the truth of the matter is that you simply won’t be able to sustain your new found muscle mass for long if you don’t actually enjoy the process of building muscle.

Based on my experience, the best way to build muscle is to set everything up so that you can actually relax a bit and enjoy the whole process – hitting the gym, eating your food and resting and recovering.

I’ve had the opportunity to help many different types of men and women achieve their muscle gain goals, quickly and naturally. While I’d love to be able to tell you that each and every one of my clients has achieved the body of their dreams – It’s just not the truth!

The majority of my clients have been able to build amazing bodies in less time than they ever thought possible, but there’s still a percentage that never even came close to realizing their muscle gain goals.

After a while, I began to wonder why some of my clients were able to build massive amounts of lean muscle mass naturally, while others were just not able to get any results.

After all…

  • All of my clients had access to the exact same training methodologies and information.
  • All of my clients had direct access to me during their training programs.
  • All of my clients were implementing a system that I believed to be the best way to build muscle hands down!

Once I started to think about the differences between my successful clients and my not so successful clients the answer literally jumped out and slapped me in the face! What it boiled down to was simple. The successful clients and the unsuccessful clients had all started out in the exact same situation.

They were excited about the possibility of finally being able to build muscle mass and change the way their bodies looked and felt.

They were excited to unlock the key to some newfound confidence and attitude that they’d lost over the years. Basically, they all wanted to completely transform their lives and bodies in as little time as possible safely and naturally.

While everyone started out in the same boat, there was a very obvious difference between the successful and not so successful clients – All of the people who achieved what I considered exceptional results…

…Somewhere in the range of 15 – 30 lbs of lean muscle mass
in 12 weeks with a significant reduction in body fat %…

Seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They hit the gym each and every day with a level of excitement and enthusiasm that can only come from true love.

They Loved The Process of Building Muscle Mass!

  • They loved the smell of the iron and the clinking sound of the weights slamming against the squat rack!
  • They loved the way a properly performed set of bench press or squats felt after they had put the bar up.

In a sense – this more successful group of clients had a serious problem…

They were just like me – Gluttons for punishment!

In all honesty, you really do have to enjoy the intricacies of what you’re doing in order to see significant results. A big part of the muscle building process is ordinary, mundane and just plain boring stuff. Not the glitzy and exciting “breakthroughs” that the supplement companies often promote.

So…to summarize what I’ve laid out above, the absolute best way to build muscle mass fast, is to completely immerse yourself in the process of building muscle mass. Learn to lose yourself in the simple pleasure of a great workout, or learn to take pride in sticking with your diet when the going gets tough. Take the time to find a muscle building program that you actually enjoy – not one where you feel like you’re just going through the motions.
