While I'd love to be able to tell you that in order to build muscle mass and gain weight you need to employ "underground" training methods and top secret diet tips. it's just not the truth. The muscle building process is really pretty simple, just identify a few key fundamental bodybuilding principles and apply them in an intelligent and systemized manner...rinse -repeat...rinse - repeat!

In order to build muscle mass, there are a few things that you absoultely must get right, without applying the fundamentals of muscle and weight gain your bodybuilding program will fall flat on it's face!

In order to gain weight you've got to make sure to eat enough calories each and every day. This means that you need to know how to calculate your specific target calorie level.

Just pop in your % body fat, your current weight and the number of times you train each week, and you'll get a good estimation of exactlyhow many calories you should be targeting each day in order to reach your weight and muscle gain goals!

In order to build muscle mass you not only have to make sure to eat enough calories, but you absolutely must make sure that you're eating the right proportions of each and every muscle building micro nutrient at the right times!

Why waste years of your life trying to uncover the secrets to muscle gain when you can instantly tap into one of the proven systems that already exist?

Just sift through the bodybuilding programs on this page and firnd the one that'e right for you...then get to work!

That said, there are literally thousands of bodybuilding programs floating around out there today. Bodybuilding books, training manuals and all out courses have become a mainstay in the search engine results these days. If you perform a search on the web, chances are your search turned up no less than 50 different bodybuilding workouts, mass gaining diets, workout tracking software programs, membership websites, and ab gadgets just to name a few!

As I was browsing through many of the sites that came up, I realized all of these popular bodybuilding programs promised the same thing...

The ability to bypass the common mistakes that most muscle gain beginners make, and start to see muscle gain immediately!

Whether or not all of these bodybuilding programs actually follow through with that promise is anyone's guess, but I do know for a fact that some of these training programs are simply scams! Set up to take advantage of those of us who are desperate to build muscle mass and gain weight.

"With as many as 100 bodybuilding programs on the market today, chances are many of them simply do not live up to all (or any) of their muscle and weight gain hype!"

Here are few tips to help you sift through all of the bodybuilding programs out there and uncover the muscle gain "diamonds in the rough"...

1.) Thoroughly read through the sales letter or marketing material and uncover the main benefits and features of each product.

What promises are made about muscle gain? Do these promises seem to be realistic and believable, or do they leave you skeptical and unsure? If they can't do a really good job of convincing you that the "promises" made through the marketing materials are even achievable, chances are they aren't! Use your common sense here, your intuition will usually point you in the right direction regardless of how much knowledge you have about building muscle.

2.) Look at the layout and feel of the website. 

If it looks amateurish and unprofessional, chances are the product they promote will also by sloppy and unprofessional. Again use common sense and intuition to help guide you here. Sure...everybody misspells a word here and there (Even ME! :), so it's ok to let a few things slide, just make sure you feel comfortable giving your hard earned money to this website. On the flip side, if a website is slick looking, professional and well written, the chance of receiving an amazing and useful product increase exponentially.

3.) Look on the sales website for contact information. 

Once you find it, use it to contact the creator of the product and ask a few questions that you would like answered. If the product is of a high quality, chances are the creator and the product both share this trait! Expect the mastermind behind any solid, well researched body building program to respond to your questions in a timely manner.

4.) Consider the cost of the body building program. 

If the program is excessively expensive, cast a skeptical eye over the offer. Conversely, if the price seem extremely low, you may be paying for a low quality product that may not produce results! You usually pay for the quality and usability of the information.

If the product is any good, chances are you won't find it offered for $.99 on eBay! While you may very well find a lower priced version of the same product selling on auction sites, (this is a common marketing practice) you will rarely see very valuable information selling anywhere for pennies on the dollar. If the product retails for $39.00, you may expect to find it priced around $15.00 on auction sites.

5.) Remember to shop around.

When it comes to health and fitness related goals, the principles of success are universal.

Many of the products (yes, even the good ones!), contain the same information in a different format. Find a product that is written or recorded in an easy to follow and down-to-earth style.

" Remember...you'll never apply any muscle building information that you don't enjoy reading, watching or listening to!"

Be sure to read my bodybuilding program reviews to find out whether or not a certain product is available on an auction site for a lower price. This information alone can save you up to 1/2 off the regular retail price!

Well, there you have it...

A crash course in the study of identifying and weeding through the junk and identifying the high quality bodybuilding programs available on the web! Check back often and read through all of the muscle gain program reviews before you make a purchase.
