Lets get real here, muscle mass does not jump up and begin to build itself. Building muscle is a very inefficient process for your body. It is simply not natural for your body to add muscle. Instead of adding muscle weight, your body would just as soon pack on massive energy reserves (body fat).

The point of the matter here is that there isn't anything (legal at least) on the face of the planet that can magically cause you to build muscle mass without putting in the hard work. The process of building muscle is a step by step method of carefully planning and implementing your carefully crafted muscle building plan on a consistent basis.

Bodybuilding supplements build muscle only when all of the critical muscle building elements are in place. No muscle building supplement can overcome the negative muscle building environment created when even one of the foundational muscle gain principles is neglected.
