Perform 3 – 5 heavy free weight based workouts each week making sure to allow for a full week of rest and recovery for each of your body parts between workouts.
Every time you head into the gym you need to approach your workouts with the mindset that you are trying to stimulate some lean muscle growth, rather than heading in there to simply melt off some body fat. It’ a slightly different approach to melting off body fat than you’ve probably been exposed to in the past through typical burn fat diet programs, but I think you’ll find that it’s actually more effective than the traditional route of starving yourself and performing tons of low intensity aerobic exercise.
The next burn fat diet tip that I like to teach people who are serious about burning off body fat is to make sure and drink plenty of clean water each day. Water is one of the key things that your body needs in order to function properly.
If you don’t drink enough water each day, your body will not be as efficient at melting off body fat as it otherwise could be. That said, there’s really no set amount of water that you need to be drinking each day, it totally dependent upon your body size and genetic make up, but you do need to find the amount that allows your body to function at it’s best, especially if you’re trying to lean out and melt off body fat.
