Burn Fat Fast
- 5 Fat Melting Tips!
"How do I burn fat fast?"
For some reason, this question seems to confuse more and
more people each day. With everything from fat burning
supplements to weight loss exercise gizmos being pushed in
front of your face and touted as the next best way to burn fat,
it's no wonder that the concept of fat loss is mystifying to
most everybody.
With all of the conflicting information floating around
these days, I thought that it might be a good idea to simplify
the fat burning process a bit and lay out 5 easy to follow tips
to help you burn fat faster while still allowing you to keep
your hard earned muscle mass and live a relatively normal
life.
Before I jump into the fat burning tips, I'd like to
highlight an important point about fat loss, weight loss and
fitness in general.

"When it comes to burning
fat fast (or any other fitness
related goal) there is usually
no quicker way to short circuit
your success than by trying to
do too much too
soon."

Please understand that in order to burn fat fast and expose the
muscle mass that you have worked so hard to build, it is far
more realistic and doable to implement a few basic fat loss
principles than it is to bombard your daily routine with
"cutting edge" tricks that promise to help you achieve your
goals quicker than ever before.
While you may intend to stick with all of the changes until
you have achieved your fat burning goals, the reality is that
you will have a difficult time making big changes to your fat
loss plan.

position to stick with your fat burning plan for the long
haul.
"The war of fat loss, where you will actually begin
to burn fat fast, is won by making seemingly small but
permanent lifestyle changes consistently over
time."
I know, I know, all of the fat burning infomercials and
weight loss diet pills seem intriguing on the surface, but in
reality they leave a lot to be desired.
While there are many differing opinions these days about the
best diet and training routines to burn fat fast, one thing
remains consistent...
If you want to burn fat fast, you
will have to work hard to make it happen!
Burn Fat Fast With These 5
Tips...
1.) Focus on building lean muscle
mass. When you increase your lean body mass,
you automatically decrease your body fat levels. Perform
intense resistance training (preferably heavy weight
training) a minimum of 4 times a week. Also make sure to
eat a well balanced muscle building diet in order to
promote muscle growth.
2.) Drink more water. Not only is it a
healthy thing to do, but drinking water is essential for both
muscle growth and fat loss. Make it a habit to consume a
minimum of 1 gallon of water per day.
3.) Stay away from sugar, low quality carbohydrates
and alcohol. All of these nutrients give you very
little bang for your buck so to speak. Try to consume most of
your carbohydrates from more complex sources. Whole grains,
oatmeal, and wheat bread are a few good choices.
4.) Perform H.I.I.T. style cardio exercise to
burn fat fast. Train 3 times a week for a
minimum of 20 minutes a session. While aerobics are not fun
for everybody, it's hard to argue with the many fat loss
benefits that this form of aerobic training has to
offer.
5.) Eat more protein! I'm sure
you're aware that protein is essential for muscle growth,
but did you know that there is another distinct fat
burning benefit to consuming more protein?
In order to digest and break down the foods that you eat,
your body must use energy (calories) to fuel the process. This
is know as the thermic effect of food.

"It has been shown that a
meal composed of high-protein,
requires more calories to
digest and break down than both
high fat and high carbohydrate
meals."

Protein has what is know as a high thermic
effect. Meaning that it requires more energy for your body to
break down and digest protein than any other nutrient.
If you're serious about getting ripped and ready to burn fat
fast, then start by implementing these simple yet effective fat
burning tips into your life.
In no time at all the fat will be melting off and you will
be closer to exposing the muscle you've worked so hard to
