Cell Tech
Creatine Hardcore

Cell Tech Create Hardcore is one of those supplements that's promoted with hype laden "pseudo scientific
studies" and marketing mumbo jumbo. This is the exact same marketing approach that has given the bodybuilding
supplement industry such bad press lately. Whenever I see ads that promote a supplement in this way I tend to get a
bit leary.
In the case of cell tech creatine, once you look past the hype and dig into the actual supplement itself,
you begin to wonder why they felt they had to hype it up at all. Don't get me wrong here, I know that there are
thousands of creatine monohydrate supplements on the market these days that all promise to do the same thing, so
everyone's got to do something to differentiate themselves, but cell tech creatine is a good product that
actually deliverers results. Not one of the pretenders that creams as much low quality crap as they can into a
bottle and then markets the living crap out of it.
I would like to believe that the unique ingredients in Cell Tech Creatine Hardcore would be enough to convince
most guys to shell out $45 to give it a try, but I guess Muscle Tech felt they had to hype it up a bit to give it
that extra edge.

Yes and no. Cell Tech creatine lives up to the hype in the sense that it does what it says it's going to do
in it's marketing. It provides you with ample doses of pure creatine monohydrate mixed with ingredients that
stimulate insulin production quickly. This lead to increased creatine monohydrate uptake and absorption which
typically leads to increased muscle strength and size. If you're looking for a creatine supplement to simply help
you "pack it on" quickly, the cell tech creatine is an excellent choice.
On the other hand, cell tech creatine is one of the most expensive creatine supplements on the market today. A
lot of people (including myself) openly questions whether or not the high price is justified by the results. In
other words do you get noticeably different results from cell tech creatine as opposed to a more reasonably priced
creatine / dextrose blend like Phosphagen Hp or Creatine HSC?
Is Cell Tech Creatine Hardcore Just Another
Overpriced Sugar-Laden Creatine Supplement?
Taking a quick glance at the label this is certainly the impression you'd get of cell tech creatine hardcore. Not only is it loaded with sugar at 75 grams per serving, but
the truth is that cell tech is loaded with HPLC grade certified dextrose. Yes it's still sugar, but at least
it's not the cheap stuff!
That said, I've had a great deal of luck with creatine dextrose blends in the past and I use them to this day in
order to get calories and creatine into my system after my workouts. MusckleTech claims that using their cell tech
creatine product, you can expect to gain up to 7lbs of rock hard muscle in only 7
days!
"In one groundbreaking clinical study at McMaster University, weight-training subjects in an eight-week study
made strength gains of over 30 pounds on their max bench, 213 pounds on their leg press and an astounding 48 pounds
on their standing barbell curl."
I've never personally experienced results like those, but I have managed to pack on up to 5 lbs of muscle mass
and increase my strength "through the roof" in a matter of a week while supplementing with creatine / dextrose
blends in the past. I like them and I use them whenever I fell that I need an extra boost - especially when I need
to get through a training plateau.
As far as being over priced, I do think that it's a bit expensive at around $45 for a lb bottle. But that's
definitely open for discussion, I mean what price would you be wiling to pay for 7 new lbs of rippling lean muscle
mass and a 30 lb increase in your bench over the course of a week? I know a lot of guys who have paid a lot more
than that for the exact same results!
