Incline Press

If you want to pack on some mass in your upper chest area, then hard and heavy incline press can help you reach your goals. Another one of the basic chest movements that allows you to train with heavy weights through a complete range of motion, incline press is focuses the muscle building stimulation on the upper part of your pectoralis major.
If you work on building up the upper part of your pecs, you will begin to instantly notice a huge difference in the size your your chest. If you take it a step further and combine a few sets of heavy incline press with a few sets of dumbbell flyes, then you have a recipe for a massive chest.
By simply laying off of the more traditional chest building movements like bench press and dumbbell bench press and focusing your training efforts on some of the exercises you may have neglected in the past, you can achieve amazing muscle growth in a minimal amount of time.
