My Body Transformation – Week 3 Progress Report

Nick Andrade’s Body Transformation Log – Days 21 & 22
Objective: To Burn Fat Build Muscle And Transform My Body In 12 Weeks

Happy Valentines day to everyone…I hope you all were lucky enough to spend it with someone you love – (all you bitter single people out there, just take your anger and put it into your next few workouts!) Well, week 3 has come and gone and tomorrow it’ll be time to change gears with the workouts again and fire into week 4 of my body transformation. So far Everything really feels like it’s on track, the Muscle Mass Advantage workouts are very challenging and my adapted version 0f the anabolic bodybuilder diet is stripping fat off of my body every single day – it’s great!

Although I had decided last week that due to my 3 -day Superbowl induced junk food binge, that I was going to stick with the diet a bit more strictly for the next month or so, I just couldn’t help myself – I had to eat some junk, so I took the usual cheat day.  I really hope that in the future I can tone the “cheat day” concept down a bit – I know that I’d be able to achieve some amazing results if I could stick with it.

This weekend I really took it easy.  No cardio and no time in the gym this weekend.  The closer I get to the 12 week deadline, the more “extra credit” I’ll be performing on weekends, but for now I’m just going to coast. I still couldn’t bring myself to post a current picture of my body…hopefully by next week I’ll feel more comfortable putting one up.

As in past progress report posts, I’m going to list my initial goals before listing my progress…

  1. To gain 25lbs of lean body mass
  2. To lower my body fat level from 23.2% to 8%
  3. To increase the size of my arms by 2 inches
  4. To increase the size of my legs by 3 inches
  5. To get killer six pack abs
  6. To really focus on building up the muscle in my back

Here Are All of My Week 3 Measurements

  • Percent Body Fat – 17.5% (an overall improvement of -5.7%)
  • Current Lean Body Mass – 158.4 lbs (an overall improvement of +7.1 lbs)
  • Current Fat Weight – 33.6 lbs (an overall improvement of -12.1 lbs)

After this weeks weight-in, I’m really getting excited.  It finally feels like I’m moving towards my initial goals at the right pace. Now I have the confidence that I need to push through the rest of the 12 weeks and come out with 25lbs of lean muscle mass!
