There is no single holy grail type workout that will cause muscle growth for everybody. Finding out what works for you is really just a process of trial and error. That said, there is a better way to go about the trial and error process than simply guessing.

But the BEST way to go is to nail your weight training workouts, incorporate pre and post workout nutrition principles as well as a solid bodybuilding nutrition approach and make a serious effort to allow your body to rest and recover between workouts. That's really all there is to gaining weight and building muscle mass quickly and naturally. Stick with the basics and watch as your muscle begin to explode!
