If you're like most people, you may need a little more help figuring out exactly where to begin on your
quest to build muscle and gain weight. Follow along and learn a systematic approach to creating your own unique
weight gain plan.
In order to get the ball rolling, you'll need a crash course in the basics of a good muscle building workout.

There is no single holy grail type workout that will cause muscle growth for everybody. Finding out what works
for you is really just a process of trial and error. That said, there is a better way to go about the trial and

But the BEST way to go is to nail your weight training workouts, incorporate pre and post
workout nutrition principles as well as a solid bodybuilding nutrition approach and make a serious effort to allow
your body to rest and recover between workouts. That's really all there is to gaining weight and building muscle
mass quickly and naturally. Stick with the basics and watch as your muscle begin to explode!
