Gain Muscle Workout Less!

For the last nine years of my life, I have too.

In the beginning it was easy to build muscle mass. I was single, had no children, no responsibilities and looking back now...no LIFE!

I remember spending upwards of 2 hours a day in the gym just working through my muscle gaining plan!

Sure I was able to gain muscle mass and maintain a respectable body fat level, but most of these gains were based solely on genetics and luck.

With unlimited time to prepare muscle gain meals and execute my feeble muscle building workouts, I had no incentive to become efficient. In retrospect, I was very lucky to have gained any lean muscle mass at all.

Fast forward a few years....my how things have changed!

I'm now married to a beautiful woman, have a happy and healthy 1-year old baby boy and another on the way... As you could imagine, my time was now limited to say the least!

This is the part that I'm sure you can relate to....

It started out with a missed workout and fast food meal here and there...

Eventually, I noticed that my pants were getting tight...real tight.

At this point, I knew that I was in trouble!

Before I realized it, I had completely abandoned my muscle gaining fitness plan, packed on over 30 lbs of fat and lost a depressing amount of lean muscle.

My hard earned muscles had almost completely disappeared!

Not exactly the classic muscular physique that I was going for.

It was time to face the facts...I was out of shape and unhappy.

The worst part about all of this, was that for the first time in my life, I had no idea how to get back into shape. I was frustrated even thinking about trying to find the time to work out and prepare my meals.

I decided to dive in head first...

To discover the truth about designing an effective bodybuilding program that would help me gain muscle mass and keep it on once and for all!

In order to get back into shape, I devoured every piece of muscle building information that I could get my hands on!

From classic bodybuilding information to fitness program design, I covered all of the bases in my quest to gain lean muscle mass.

The more I dug in, the more I realized that there's just not a lot of quality muscle building information floating around out there that's geared towards people who want to gain muscle but also want to live a normal life outside of the gym.

While I enjoy the challenge that well structured muscle building workouts, muscle building exercises and proper muscle building diet nutrition plans can offer...My ultimate goal has always been to gain muscle mass. Sure I wanted to lose some fat as well, but my number one goal has always been to build lean muscle mass as quickly as possible!

To me, effective muscle gain is all about challenging and pushing yourself to achieve new personal bests, while still making time for fun (and responsibilities) outside of the gym.

In a nutshell...to utilize your training time to the fullest, so that you can get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible.

This philosophy has allowed me to lose fat build lean muscle mass and meet my bodybuilding and muscle gain goals, without sacrificing time with my beautiful wife and three awesome kids.
