Follow all of these muscle building fat loss tips religiously, and you will be well on your way to packing on slabs of lean muscle mass and melting off unwanted body fat.



1.) Never make any adjustments to your caloric intake until you have calculated and analyzed your BMR and TDEE.

2.) When you do adjust your caloric intake, do so gradually.

3.) Consume flaxseed and safflower oils in equal amounts for the majority of your dietary fats. These oils are high in omega 3 fatty acids and are great for providing a “healthy" source of dietary fat.

7.) Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day. No exceptions.

8.) Eat a complete meal 10-30 minutes after completing your workouts. If you notice that you do not have much of an appetite after lifting, whey protein supplements mixed with dextrose and flaxseed oil can help you get the nutrients that your body needs, efficiently and quickly.
