Promoted with overblown hype and misleading "clinical studies" bodybuilding and sports nutrition supplements have been getting their fair share of bad press lately.

While there certainly are some unethical companies out there simply trying to make a quick buck, there are also some muscle building supplements that are diamonds in the rough.

That said...how do you separate the good body building supplements from the bad?

I will not write a review unless I have personally put the supplement to the test! I will detail everything that I know about each product both from my experience as a fitness professional and a natural bodybuilder.

My hope is that these supplement reviews can help guide you through the very muddy waters of the body building supplement industry, and help you make an informed decision based on nothing but the facts...Not marketing propaganda!

My other goal is to simply bring to light the fact that you do not need to load your body up on expensive bodybuilding supplements in order to pack on lean muscle mass!

Sure using some of the better sports supplements can help you achieve your goals quicker and less painfully...but it's not a muscle building necessity, as many so called "experts" would lead you to believe.
