The Muscles In Your Chest
The technical term for the muscles that make up your chest or “pecs” is the Pectoralis Major and the Pectoralis Minor. The Pectoralis Major is located on the front part of the chest. The Pectoralis Minor is located underneath the Pectoralis Major. While there are certain dividing lines within the visible Pectoralis Major muscle, it’s interesting to note that it’s only 1 muscle.
